SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
We process your order on the same day or maximum the next day after receiving. In case of orders outside UAE, please allow 1 to 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way! Normally, all orders are delivered within 2 days within UAE and within 3-5 days within the GCC.
STORE PICKUP
Orders cannot be picked up from any store location. This facility is currently unavailable.
DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address to auto-populate the shipping methods available. Free delivery is available for addresses in the United Arab Emirates. Exceptions applicable to this rule where the product requires special shipping conditions.
Orders placed before 2pm online will be delivered by next day. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered within 2 days. We strive to deliver orders as soon as possible in case the order is prepaid.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Many a times we have delivered orders within 12 hours of receiving the order.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Flat rate shipping fee is currently not defined for orders within the United Arab Emirates since we provide Free Delivery across UAE unless otherwise specifically stated for an order. We provide flat-rate shipping for orders within the GCC. The requisite amount is added during checkout. Currently, we do not ship outside of the GCC countries at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, if applicable.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free delivery as of now to all addresses within the United Arab Emirates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we offer paid international shipping to selected countries available for selection at checkout. The shipping fees are excluding any destination port custom duties which will be the responsibility of the customer. The international shipment is subject to change in laws, tariffs and regulations outside our control and influence.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, if applicable. You may refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for more information.

We address these concerns and issues on a case-by-case basis and try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
